I said that because I was assuming that your liberal friends didn't live in neighborhoods where gunfire and breakins are prevalent. If they DO and still don't think anybody should have a gun for personal protection then I applaud their faith in their beliefs but I think they might regret it. What I said to Eric was about the proliferation of guns. I don't want so many guns out there that EVERYBODY can get one. I'm NOT for every single gun being taken away. I'm also NOT for gun rights over riding everything else so guns are so available and so defended by the NRA that every clown can have one and every clown can carry it around in public. I liked the 1950's. Then, you could have a gun but you shouldn't have been carrying it around without a reason.
