Yes, many people, say 25% are what are called "salt responders". But even people that are not get no benefit from increased salt intake.

I would not call what u said, "anecdotal". When I repeat it, it is parole evidence/hear say/anecdote. When u make a legal agreement, parole evidence, literally hear say, either works for u, or can work against u. Think carefully before u make an entirety clause in your agreement, although it has saved some people's bacon vis a vis outside "understandings". U just about cannot talk to your party after making an agreement without an entirety clause, as everything u say to them constitutes an understanding pertinent to the agreement otherwise. Been thair been burnt.

If I were to discount what u say, then I would be assuming u were a bad observer, or the BP excursions were part of some co incidence, other factor, or prejudice. I am discount that considering that the lore of salt according to the parole of every other researcher and physician is that it increases BP, "often enough". I am aware and recent research has become aware that it may shorten life. i.e. the Japanese experience and the recent studies. If I could get a link on this recent research I would appreciate it.

Interesting anecdote. Anyone else have a story about/worth its salt? Besides Pogue I mean.
