>look for Spec Trek to go next<

This should be easy since MU would be a logical buyer. It is really just an extension of their business. If MUEI found a buyer for the PC business, I would think that they could work something out with MU for Spec Tek as long as it met the "arms length" test. So what are they waiting for. CPQ should be buying MUEI instead of GTW anyway.
Get that rumor going!

Certainly a SpekTek sale would be consistent with the logic behind the sale of MCMS, and may well make MUEI more attractive to a potential suitor.
And it may well be that the sale of MUEI by MU would be consistent with a similar strategy by the parent
BTW, by my calculations, after closing the sale of MCMS the company should have about $425mm cash on hand, or $4.50/share.
