This is not the DVBC thread. If you're upset about their financials, post it over there.

And Mork will be subject to the same rules by which RMIL must abide.

And Mork never did admit to short selling this stock. A failure to deliver certificates from a "sale not long" resulted in the short position.

It would appear to be a moot point, at this juncture.
