The problem with Microsoft is that regardless of their products quality they can still make headway due to the leverage they have within corporations. Unfortunatly, some corporate decisions are made by a businessman rather than an IS or MIS staff who would look at the quality. If Microsoft does release this product they will take some share, probably not a lot, but generally enough for them to warrant improving the product.
