During the year, I received a letter regarding a class action suit filed by shareholders
versus Sanders. It stated to the effect that shareholders who bought AMD stock
between 4/95 and 9/95 were filing suit due to misrepresentation of the K6/Nexgen
claims.

Does anyone on this board know what the current status of this lawsuit is? Those who
do, please respond to my email:

regards,

Brian,

I heard that K6-266 has been selling in Vancouver fro a week or two. Would you please check it out the rumor? Thanks!

A few Taiwanese dealers are promoting the overclockable K6-166 with some premium. They claimed that these selected K6-166 (either CA or USA version) could be overclocked to 266Mhz without increase the voltage (@2.9V).

Brian
re : which stores ?

I thought you were from Vancouver - I'm in Richmond

The stores I have mainly dealt with for K6's are:

Rock Computers on West 6th (my main source of info)
Minitronics in Richmond
Frontier Computers (though they sometimes have had conflicting info)
