The sanctions weren't holding them back................they only had an economic effect but as N Korea showed even poor countries can develop nukes...... So without the deal they would have gotten nukes in the shortest possible way....ie you wanted to aid and abet. On the other hand, what would have been your plan, I recall you saying you would have stopped talking to them.....wow....that would have done it....you're a zero..
