Good morning Frank, I am on my way out and will talk about Msft later. I just wanted to post really quick that I am amazed at this new president of S.Korea. I had said that he did not have much experience in Gvt. Well, maybe this is good. He said that he did not know if S.Korea was going to go broke today or tomorrow. He has not been able to sleep since he has been looking at the books. It seems like he is taking the bull by the horns. S.Korea dropped 7% last night after his remarks. He tried to take it back and said he was mis-understood. But the cat is out of the bag. He seems to be taking his stand back about the IMF and could be going along with the whole thing the IMF has outlined. We will see.

Smith Barney said the chips are oversold, DLJ says Intel and the chips are in trouble near term but alright longer term and Smith Barney says they are expecting the rally to go a little longer into Jan.

More later
