Hi, THC: I unloaded mine already. What I felt was that, after they lose money one quarter after another in the near future, you will see that cash value and book value plumet at the same time. When that happens, in my view, the stock price will just follow down. Those days, even for companies with approved products are coming down, such as GLIA. I am not too sure why people wanted to buy Depo with so many other opportunities available.

I do not trust the CEO and his management team. And I doubt the viability of DepoFoam technology. There might be toxicity issues specificly related to DepoFoam which is unaware of by most shareholders. (But it's just my suspicion). THC, if DepoFoam is toxic, this company is worth $0 right now. On the up side, how much can Depo be worth ? DepoCyt 's final approval is doubtful; and it will be a long wait even if FDA's panel reverse its opinion; and, even if DepoCyt is approved, its reputation has been badly damaged, its marketing potential will be in question. And, how many times did people see a governmental agency to reverse its opinion ?

When the news first come out, I thought there was a slim of "hope" too. But after careful consideration, I decided to abandon ship and put the small amount of the salvaged money into a very promising company - Talx, right in the home town of our friend Tom D.

But many people also think to sell in January 98 is better. Because many have chosen to sell now, for tax reasons. By January, the selling pressure will be less. However, you have to assume the fundametals will not be worsen during the next few weeks, which is the part I felt really uncomfortable. I think there is a good chance the situation might even get worse, although it might get better too. The tax reason has slightly affected my decision too although the main reason for me was - I do not feel comfortable to hold Depo at this moment.

The above is just MY opinion. I presented to you since you asked. You make your own judgement re Depo, please.

THC -

A pence:

(1) Cash vs. Burn Rate. Wait till 4th Qtr. Financials.

(2) No 98 Revenues - how big eventual dilution hit?

(3) FDA Register, why 7 unevaluable.

(4) With respect to current L & L & ST testing.

Speculation on this thread:
DC will show marginal results vs. M for Solid Tumor.

Trial requires 40 bodies.

Speculation on this thread:
DC's best shot is vs. L & L.

Trial requires 80 bodies.

I expect FDA review by December 1998 - or -
cesstation (sp) of trials.

DEPO MGMT. can't cherry pick the trial population.

Too many folks up here will SCREAM if Evaluable #
different than TOTAL POPULATION #.

(5) I'm not focused on Brain testing. But the comments
out of Florida University certainly were positive.
RE:Dr. Maria

(6) DepoMorph - vaporware for now.

If I can't get past 1-4 ....

Regards,

John
