Yes I did vote for Harper previously... not these last two goes... because you see I got fooled ... Prior go was Green (I've posted that here before)... but I felt that was too weak for this time so spoiled.. but that's never going to work either I know. If however one is too lazy to go to the poll ... you gotta just shut up IMO.. I wanted Senate reform.. as in make it elected or abolish it.. Harper fell into the Orwellian pig pit of 4 legs good two legs better. Simple and sadly I guess inevitable..

You cannot make a decision... no you are dead wrong .. If I stayed home and didn't vote.. now that would be not making a decision.. so I really take exception to your statement. My decision was carefully thought out. You don't have to look very far to see how many were not.. I was back in school these last two years.. great kids.. I know almost all voted this time.. and all Liberal.. It was the weed. pure and simple.. So I daresay that is not well thought out in my opinion but what do I know :0) Weed should be legal.. but it's far from a deal breaker. Anyway some folks are happy with least bad choices.. would that qualify as a decision.. Your criteria are off I think ...

I have also posted that I have voted for many parties at one time or another.. become I am not a fan of dogma.. it kills people and minds.. So sure I'm a griper.. experience is a bitch.. most are shouting hooray for their side.. I was at funeral this summer and was talking to a very nice chap who happened to be a reverend.. about my age I reckon maybe as old as 65ish .. anyway very articulate knowledgeable.. On the subject of Mulcair (I was considering him strongly at that point) .. the chap says to me.. but he has a beard.. I dunno if I could vote for a guy with a beard.. I bit my tongue ... but felt very sad for my country at that point..

I hope I'm wrong about the GST... but just watch him.. LOL

and really not sure what is pompous in what I said.. all based on observation ... but I understand folks observe the same thing yet see completely different things.. part of the human condition...

Anyway sure.. sit back and watch it enfold.. hope I'm wrong on many counts... but experience says otherwise.. if Justin comes through though (not just luck of the world economy which is typically the case for all of them) ... I'll certainly cheer... I don't give a rat's bum who is in .. as long as they are good.. and elected for good reasons.. instead we hop from least bad to least bad.. never to good...

You had 10 years to do your thing, the country thought they were less than satisfactory years. You know the country was pretty friggin' happy many of those years when our economy didn't do a swirly... 10 years.. is a pretty broad generalisation. Always a slippery slope.. It's not about Trudeau... it's about same old same old... It's Groundhog Day LOL
