Rodrigo,

"extraordinary expenses relating to the launching of the new products were "substantial". On an ongoing basis they expect Selling and Marketing to be comparable to the pri year or about 12.5 to a max of 15 percent."

That's wonderful news. In my question, I really wanted to know if they were extraordinary expenses. A little while ago everyone was beating up on management for having such uncontrollable expenses compared to revenues. I don't think this was justified to such an extent. They had an extra million of G&A plus a "substantial" amount of one-time S&M expenses. Next quarter their profits should get a boost from the increased revenues as well as the reduction in expenses. Double good for us!

Rodrigo,

I'm curious as to how you came up with $37 million revenues total with 1.5 for the IQX 200. I'm not doubting your estimates at all, I just thought it would be interesting and maybe educational for us all to know how you estimated them.

I'd say the part of revenues for this quarter that we can be most sure about is that 85% of the backlog will deliver. That's .85 X 27 = approximately $23 million. The two parts of revenue left over are the amount of revenues from the first month of the quarter (November) and the amount of revenue Osicom receives for orders made in the last two months and ships before the quarter ends. How did you estimate these two numbers?
