Charles,

"Don't give the Motley Fool's too much credit. Valuing a company in this way has been around a long, long time."

I've heard that valuing growth stocks this way has been around for a long time, but I figured that would be the easiest way for people to respect the method as most people have heard of the Motley Fool.

"Witz is no longer associated with the company, other than still being a shareholder. So whatever he is or was might not be relevant, especially if Par and other Osicom personnel were unaware of it."

Yes, it's probably better from a fraud standpoint that Witz is not with the company anymore. There is probably only one remote problem we could have. If Witz or Par somehow emptied the company of its cash/assets through shady accounting techniques, we would be holding a shell. I don't think any article has claimed this might have happened, but the word fraud gets me uneasy. Most of the articles only related to mob action with the stock price, right?
