I know she is a conservative Democrat. All Democrat feign towards the left during primary season. Then its a run to the center in the general. The hard line right wingnuts have such strong control of the Republican party that centrist republicans are an endangered species. Those candidates cannot seem to survive the primaries, no matter how much they try to "talk the talk" to pass the purity tests. Even incumbents. I am quite convinced the republican party will be soundly defeated in this presidential election for this.
