Emultek presented at the H&Q Technology Conference last spring, as a private company clearly of IPO interest to H&Q. The company exhibited impressively at the Embedded Systems Conference in San Jose a few months ago, and was one of a few companies I mentioned when I summarized the conference on this thread. As previously posted, H&Q is floating a prospectus on Emultek with plans soon to take the company public. The prospectus identified WIND as an investor and board member, which is consistent with today's announcement. After Emultek has completed its IPO, and things have settled down, probably I will post a technical review of the company's Rapid Application Development software. Long-term readers of the thread should recall numerous allusions to an important role for RAD software in embedded systems. Allen
