Not directly, no. Which means the miracles he is credited with probably didn't happen. I can't imagine that news getting play in the Empire and not attracting attention.

Now there is circumstantial evidence that someone identified by that name did exist. The early Christians put an awful lot of effort into trying to force Jesus into the mold of the Jewish messiah, despite him having almost none of the prophesied trappings. If he were just made up, why not make up someone who matched the prophesies closer?

The miracles? Never happened. Likewise the virgin birth or the other legends that accreted around his birth and life.
