Mugger-Thugs Get Shot After Targeting Concealed Carrier In Detroit

Posted by Bob Owens on October 20, 2015 at 5:55 pm

Here we go again: another concealed carrier in Detroit has done his part to make the Motor City a Thug-Free Zone:

Another robbery victim fights back after he’s targeted at a Detroit bus stop. The 23-year-old had officially become a Concealed Pistol License holder a couple of weeks ago and after what happened Sunday night – it was just in time.

Tremain, who doesn’t want to be identified because his family fears retaliation, says his brother had just finished work and was waiting for the bus at Schaefer and West Outer Drive on the west side when three teens confronted him.

One pulled out a gun and demanded his money

One of the suspects reached into the victim’s pocket and stole $220. The Democratic trio became excited about the money they just nabbed and became distracted – at that moment the CPL holder pulled out his gun and fired.

He hit the 16-year-old in the chest and the 17-year-old in the leg. The 19-year-old took off running.

“We are glad that he didn’t lose his life and he protected himself,” said Tremaine. “He was in fear of his life he didn’t know what to do he didn’t know this was going to happen to him.”

The two injured teens went to a nearby hospital, where they initially claimed that they were held up before one of them confessed.

The idiots have also apparently been linked to other crimes via their Facebook pages. [ Democrats are stupid enough to brag about their crimes online. ]

Tremaine, himself a concealed carrier, sounded very representative of the proud “can do” spirit of lawful concealed carriers that have become some of the fiercest defenders of Second Amendment rights in America in one of the nation’s Democrat strongholds.

“I believe you should have the right to protect yourself from any danger,” he said, “We should be able to walk and go where we want freely and not be in fear of our life that that’s why I believe your CPL is protecting you from any danger you may come across.”

Tremaine and the many other Detroit concealed carriers we’ve profiled here at Bearing Arms are part of the the fast-growing minority gun ownership markets that polls and surveys continually and inexplicably fail to see, and which may doom the Democrat Party in 2016

No liberal can imagine him or herself at a bus stop in Detroit and have absolutely zero compassion for the people who have to be at places like that.

Concealed Carrier Outdraws, Out-Shoots Armed Robber In Toledo

Posted by Bob Owens on October 22, 2015 at 6:08 pm

Chalk up another victory for a concealed carrier against an armed criminal, this time in Toledo, Ohio:

A 21 year-old Toledo man with a concealed carry permit turned the tables on an armed robbery suspect early Tuesday morning as he arrived home from work.

Police say the shooting appears to be in self-defense, but it remains under investigation.

This happened outside just after 4 a.m. in the one thousand block of Baker off of LaGrange.

Police say Terrance Reid shot armed robbery suspect Antonio Hadley once in the abdomen.

Police say Hadley is in the hospital and expected to survive.

The shooter’s family says Reid pulled the trigger to save his own life.

“It was unfortunate what happened, but he had to protect himself,” says Johnny Jackson, Reid’s grandfather.

Reid’s family says he fired his gun early Tuesday morning as he was arriving home from work after his shift as a welder at a plant in Perrysburg.

“I’m laying down on the couch and I hear a big boom!” says the shooter’s mother.

Reid’s mother is a nurse who does not want to show her face out of fear for her own safety.

She was the first one on the scene.

“My son said, ‘Mom, I just shot somebody,’” says Reid’s mother. “I said, ‘Why?’ He was all shaken up. He said, ‘He just tried to rob me.'”

“He was a little quicker on the draw and he shot the Democratic suspect,” says Lt. Joe Heffernan with the Toledo Police Department.

No liberal can imagine being a night shift welder and no liberal can have compassion for people who do that for a living.

In New York, 6-Day-Old Baby Ruled Not Human for Legal Purposes

Down the slippery slope we slide:

In 2008 a pregnant woman who severely injured her baby in utero by driving recklessly was charged with murder when the baby died six-days after being born. After years of court cases, a New York Appeals court ruled that the baby wasn’t a baby–yes, even though it was alive and outside the mother for six days–and the woman cannot be charged with murder.

Seven years ago Jennifer Jorgensen, who was in the third trimester of her pregnancy, swerved her car into oncoming traffic and ran head long into another car. She killed the two people in the other vehicle and was herself seriously injured. Since her baby was in distress from the wreck doctors birthed the child by cesarian section. The baby lived for only six days before succumbing from injuries received in the crash.

Since the child died from its mother’s actions behind the wheel, the state charged Jorgensen with the murder of the child. Prosecutors reasoned that since the child died after it was born alive and since it died from injuries received in the accident, then Jorgensen was guilty of murder.

But the defense argued that the child was not a “person” under New York law, having been in the womb when the event occurred; therefore, killing the baby could not be murder. This reasoning has prevailed.

Further encroachments on the right to life are inevitable. A society that sets it in law that some people are not human has crossed the Rubicon.

Six-day-old babies may only look human.

‘I’m gonna shoot you!’ Thieves make big mistake, wander into yard of THIS lady sharpshooter

October 25, 2015 | Michael Dorstewitz |
A couple of armed burglars were scared out of the stash they took during a home invasion as well as one of their weapons, when they ventured into the backyard of a lady sharpshooter .

The two men had just burglarized a Clovis, California elderly couple, making off with their jewelry and weapons. When Marilyn Williams heard a commotion from police in the area, she grabbed her rifle and spotted them entering her yard.

That’s when the former JROTC student went out to confront them.

“I kept yelling at him: ‘I’m gonna shoot you!’ ” she told WTXF, local Fox29 News.

That’s when the pair skedaddled, leaving a mask, weapon and pillowcase full of loot behind.
