Maverick - the court info is old news, but thanks. As for Zacks, as I recall, they don't make earnings estimates, they just rate based on the analysts recommendations. Therefore, someone mat have dropped their earnings estimate and Zacks restated the rating. This might be a temporary problem of which the earnings and followed CC should remedy. With the Asian thing, the market as a whole is not going to do much till the facts come out. That means earnings and future info from each company. Make your decisions based on fundamentals of the company, not what the hype and BS may be at any given time.

Hi Maverick: I'm really not feeling too good today about IOM. I hate $12 stocks. Usually won't touch them. This is why I hated the split so much when it was announced. I also have a chart which doesn't look too swift at the moment, although that could change in a day's action. It implies new lows and will lead me to scale up sell into rallies here. It is bizarre how the landscape has altered so drastically in such a short time, but we were due. We sat up there hitting 52 week highs with tech corpses all around us. This situation is still one of the most frustrating ones I've been in in years. Why are there no buyers in this issue?

I'd again like to hear any bull arguments anyone can make to alter my mindset. The way things are going, if Rocky is going to hang around up to 32, ya'll may have him around for awhile.
