they can apply immediately . It isnt cut and dried over how long it must stay above etc. If co. has strong financials it influences them,etc. got to go have the car fixed, respond later if canl.y

Seth, I talked to NASDAQ about the share price issue and their response was that there is a lot of gray area, as to the actual price, how long it stays above 5, does it move below 5, if so , for how long, etc. They stated that they prefer, in a perfect world, that the company be above 5 for a month before filing and that they stay above 5 during the application process. However, when I asked if there are scenarios that could allow a company to be listed on the Nat'l while trading below 5, the answer was yes and several could apply. So we will stand a much better chance if we can maintain 5 for a few weeks before and after filing for listing, but these rules are by no means hard and fast.
