A sell out would make sense given CNC's actions: 1) Hilbert said he would sell out in a Dow Jones interview this summer "if the price was right". 2) Massive inside buying by execs. 3) 15 million share stock buybacks this year. 4) CNC can't realistically get too huge any more, law of diminishing returns. Don't need any more agents. 190k is enough b/c anymore is overlap with agents writing for other CNC companies. The silence from CNC is deafening though. I've seen know goals or plans for 98. I hope $43.50 is bottom. It should be given all of the selling.
