Grumpy, depends on the NDA. Since ZEN is small its likely that most of the NDA or MNDAs are not on ZEN paper. the agreement is between two parties and whatever they agree to must be honoured, Since ZEN is probably the smaller party, it's likely that most of the NDA or MNDAs are not on ZEN paper. Therefore it's also likely that each agreement is slightly different terms and remedies. In this scenario its wise to take a conservative stance when referring to NDA's or MNDA's If there ever was a company that would be more likely than CCB to talk about their NDA's please let us know!
