Here is George Washington's response to the Red Meat Report. Does Red Meat – or FAKE Meat – Cause Cancer?

There is a lot of sound reasoning in what he has to say. For a few cents more a pound it may be very wise to switch one's purchases to grass fed, locally grown animals. Few pumped in chemicals, fewer long term problems in the beast, may mean a healthier, if not completely healthy, bite of that charbroil.

They are not just blowing hickory smoked porc up your geigie.

Seems like 100 studies later, the cancer meat correlation is becoming clear. Nitrosamines, long a suspect may still be a suspect.

highly scientific.

Eat meat, more meat. The more you eat the better it is for us -- World Meat Council.

I guess them thair scientists are just whiny...

Well nobody is saying they are 100% correcto.. which is why the do studies and redo studies and critique same. But given the World Meat Council, a butcher in Peioria, and some talking head, I am going to keep my own council.

Dangerous as smoking? Yes, that it right..
