I've signed hundreds of NDAs. Rarely is the agreement itself a secret. Content/IP/Trade Secrets related to the NDA is the usually the focus.

Not talking about your NDA's is a good policy. A poorly placed word is a slippery slope.

Not talking about them because they might be secret sounds pretty dubious. Especially so, considering your source for advice on the matter!
