He was still a community organizer in '08.
He graduated from Harvard Law School in 1991. He passed the Illinois state bar exam in the same year.

He was a member of the law firm Davis, Miner, Barnhill & Galland from 1993 to 2004, during which he was listed as one of the lawyers in the case Buycks-Roberson v. Citibank Fed. Sav. Bank.

All of this is public record. You're going out of your way, even lying about the facts, to make up for your lawyer gaffe.
