Ben Carson, seems to ready for some brain surgery himself? Good lord , what drugs is he taking would be the most immediate question. Since Carson sounds like Michael Jackson most of the time, my best guess he's self medicating on propofol. He says hes not low energy just a very very relaxed individual ?
