<<But who is MUCH MORE TARDY with their financials than RMIL?
Can you say DVBC?
Pugs<<

pugs, you sound childish. johnny down the street did 5 times worse than i did so i'm ok. say what?

rmil must be responsible for their actions. the sec is holding them to the fire. i doubt they flaunt the financials again. in fact, i bet the real financials are filed and everyone with 2 or more synapse connections all get out at the same time.

btw, i hear the cartel was selling and they were among us on this thread. was it you? ;-)

Maybe it's because I haven't had enough coffee yet this morning, but I don't understand what your point is. You quoted a message here I posted in the ARET thread and then said something about late financials.

I'll have to go re-read the news about the RMIL halt. I don't recall tardy financials being given as one of the reasons, let alone the sole reason, as many seem to think.... Tardy financials have always been a fact of life with BB companies. Never in my experience has a company's trading been halted because of late financials. Especially on the BB.

Just re-read it at sec.gov and there's no mention of late financials.

here is the reality (sorry pugs for messing up your fantasy):

>>The order was issued because of questions regarding the
accuracy of statements concerning, among other things, the ownership
and value of certain assets claimed by RMIL, RMIL's business
operations and the merger of RMIL with third parties. Pursuant to
the Commission's order, trading in the RMIL securities was suspended
for the period from 9:30 a.m. EST, December 22, 1997 through 11:59
p.m. EST, on January 6, 1998.<<

let's see. the first point of concern is regarding assets that rmil says they have and its TRUE valuation. this issue has been brought up many times on this thread AND HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH LATE FINANCIALS.

the second concern is rmil's operations. do they even exist? we'll find out soon enough AND HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH LATE FINANCIALS. funny how the sec couldn't verify that its operations did exist in their prelim investigation. this should have been easy. maybe funny isn't the word. again, ya'll heard it here first.

the third concern is the elusive mergers that rmil announces and never seems to complete. this was brought up on this thread AND HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH LATE FINANCIALS.

LATE FINANCIALS IS A FANTASY. THE REALITY IS THAT THE SEC IS LOOKING INTO FAR MORE AGGREGIOUS ISSUES.

good luck. IF you are as you represent yourself then you need it.
