Thank you for the very complete and rational view Kerryb! I have to believe a majority of the approximately 70% of total shares represented by individuals (excluding insiders and institutions) are very smart people who recognize the long term value of EZCH. Otherwise why would we have weathered the pain of owning EZCH for years while the analyst community, most institutions, etc. threw up their hands and abandoned ship? I don't believe MLNX will be successful in stealing this company from our tight grip that has previously weathered many tribulations (mostly self-inflicted) over the past years.

If Eli is simply weary and wants out, so be it. I truly hope he will stay as CTO and/or strategic advisor but we need a CEO who can take EZCH where it rightfully belongs.

I recommended your post for the quality of the presentation.

I still think those people who are angry with the deal need to ask themselves this question: why they think Eli "let them down"?

Almost everyone who's stated "No", with the exception of those who simply think the tax treatment was the negative factor, are all making assumptions on the future of new EZCH products that have yet to be tested and production has not begun to ramp up.
