Ok, make up your own opinion, and base it as much as you can on personal experience and prejudice. Ignore all attempts of serious researchers to develop objective criteria. WTF do they know just because they studied science all their lives and toiled incessantly trying to perfect studies to enlighten mankind?

-OR- get a degree in statistics and a scientific discipline and read up all you can on logic, the scientific method, and evaluation of research studies with respect to validity, coherence, and integrity. Then make objective seasoned criteria of same, as I never said they all post valid conclusions.

Most obervers indicate that health is due 75% to diet and 25% to exercise where lifestyle illness is concerned. U seem to follow the precept that its all good in copious quanitities except for obvious simple carbs and all u have to doing is run 200 miles per week.

Would that it were so. AT any rate most can't run at all, let alone 100 miles a week. I am not saying they would not benefit from some exercise or even relatively lots, I am just saying even for the bed ridden, diet is something they can do.

As Einstein said about marrying his cousin. It's all relative.

I haven't given up whiskey, beer or dangerous narcotics. However if I have to deal with your illogicalities to any fine degree i may take some of them up for respite.
