FYI:

The annual meeting of the shareholders is the last Monday in October at the offices in Clearwater. Keep the date open people. We can all stay with Gene, get liquored up over the weekend and crash the thing.
(Gene don't worry, I am only joking about staying with you...).

Seriously, keep it in mind.

Further, a group of shareholders holding ten percent or more of the shares can call a meeting at anytime. The 10SB12G says the issued shares are a little over 11 million. Don't suppose we have 10% on this thread. Too bad, that could have been interesting.

I have about 25 more post to read, but the money in the shares was not about a company but back. He was talking about his ows investment in UMSI, thats all.....Archie
