I'm not on the GTF but I agree with GG's position that the merger makes sense strategically. What doesn't make sense is the price and structure (all cash). Fix that and it's a great deal for all concerned. IMHO that's what the vote is about...not the strategic fit.

He clearly sees the strategic benefit. He supports MLNX, has been a "noggin" for some time. He has several posts that clearly supports the strategic combination. I agree he never overtly supported the price, nor did I say that.
