Yes, I was going to buy UAN just to keep the accounting simple.

If I buy RNF, will the brokerage do all the cost basis calculation and junk when it merges and becomes UAN? I already have UAN, so it seems like a lot of work since it's an MLP and I would get some portion of my holdings via the merger. If I sold it all a few years from now, who's going to do the math? Not me!

CVRR reported a great distribution in a quarter with two weeks of down time and insane oil price variances, and the shares are down today. Don't make a lot of sense if you ask me.
