Why does everybody keep saying the financials have no relevance?? That's absurd. To resume trading the market makers must show to be in compliance with rule 15c2-11 - which means the company must have filed current financials and the market makers must be "reasonably assured" that current financials exist.

And the financials will cover/answer the questions as to the assets of the company.

Instead of a long , rambling monologue from you, why don't you call the co., speak to an attorney, find out what the SEC has actually requested of the co., then enlighten us., Pugs
