Hi Kevin. I get 16,870,000 shares outstanding for IHNI. Book value of .61. This totals to 10,290,700.
At a buck of course it's 16,870,000, almost the purchase price of 17 Mil. With Newcare at about $4, a 1/4 transaction in shares would be fair.
I'm going to research now. Anyone know about Newcare?

Let us know what is said when you call IHNI, Kevin!

This was the logical thing for them to do with cash tight. I guarantee you now that management was adjusting the books and purchasing revenue producing assets to make themselves attractive to a buyer. Now we'll see where they put shareholder interests. I'm for the move in principle, because they were too cash tight to grow on their own.
