Problem is being "silly" doen't get you better share prices necessarily. If either one of these companies lags the other in performance, it won't get anybody any reward. Let's hope they both have a good quarter and management looks like they know what the're doing in regards to the exchange ratio. I read an Alex Brown research report on raptor -they like the merger and think it makes a lot of competitive sense- not much product overlap etc. They said both companies are comfortable with q4 street estimates.
