This situation has become so emotional that there is a lot of wordsmithing, splitting hairs, reading between the lines, over analyzing. Yes, turnaround in the purest sense of the word was the wrong choice. Maybe that's enough for some to fully discredit them and exclude their opinion from the dialogue. IMO they were referring to the rebound in stock price following the CSCO disclosure announcement about lost future revenues for a product that EZ has yet to generate one dollar of revenue today. In no way can ISS know everything about every publicly traded company business model, industry trend or management team, nor have the time to learn it when a proxy fight goes off, hence you comment on numbers and probabilities is on point. Given their role, no one should be relying on them for that anyway.
