Malwarebytes and Windows Firewall / Defender are also what I use.

Although Defender doesn't rank well among other antiviruses, I use it because it's lightweight and doesn't hog system resources. Also, I do a lot of backups and even if I haven't found a specific problem with a computer, I'll restore a backup if the system becomes sluggish.

Unfortunately, backups are the most neglected form of PC protection because people lack an additional drive to store them on, but a backup drive is a worthwhile investment.
