Spoke with Andrew Scott, an analyst that follows Newcare. He agreed that the purchase price was between .90-1.00 a share. What mystifies me is why Iatros isn't making a move to the .90's. I agree that on the date they set for valuating the stock transfer, I hope Newcare is lower.
