Like I said, I won't debate the subject. But I find it interesting that you refer to the opinion of the majority of women as polls.

But you are right, to the degree that I've always been pro-choice. I remember the days when abortion was illegal and women resorted to coat hangers and back alley abortions. I don't want to go back to those times.

But I respect your opinion on this subject.

Can I assume that you also believe that birth control and sex education are positive things that women should be able to obtain with ease in order to minimize the number of abortions?

When women have available birth control there are less abortions and they generally choose to have smaller families. This is been shown to be the case all over the world. In many Third World countries the women have to secretly take birth control pills because the males want to have as many male babies as they can. It is a matter of prestige.
