What you mean government run? Every city in the country has a democratically elected city Council, Mayor and school board. And they hire principles for all the different schools and each principal hires teachers. And they hire pretty much equal amounts of conservative, moderate, and liberal teachers. It couldn't be any more random or democratic.

And the teachers have to have been educated at universities all over the country. Conservative universities, moderate universities and liberal universities.

I don't know what you have going on in your mind? I don't think it could be any better! But the idea of not using teachers that have studied how to teach seems nuts to me. You think the average parent can teach history as well as a person who got a degree in history, or math, calculus or physics?

So I have no idea what you're talking about?
