That is not true it does last.

Not in terms of academic performance in the largest or most of the recent studies. The best available data shows that the advantage doesn't last.

studies have shown the kids who get a good preschool education, say in a Montessori school starting at 2 1/2
Do those studies properly factor that the parent of kids in Montessori and other expensive pre-schools are overwhelmingly upper-middle class or rich, and college educated? Is the education and economic status of the parents not a significant factor?
