I saw it mentioned at Briefing.com. Seems to be no big deal. I think the stock is doing pretty well in the wake of the heavy insider buying, indications that expectations have been dropped to the point where the surprises are likely to be to the upside, the company's relative immunity to Asian problems, and its positive long term prospects.
RATL seems to be weathering the tax selling season well and should participate in any year end rallies.

Y2K and Rational

OVETUS,

In the post below y2k is mentioned as a reason to validate Rational (IMO an excellent company) as 'Neutral'. As I am looking at y2k and co's in relation to y2k, I think something may be valid about this judgement.

There are many clients faced with an ever increasing estimate for y2k remediation; that has not been budgetted. So budgets meant for software such as Rational's may be shifted to y2k remediation.

Any thoughts?

John

if nothing else, this post reveals that 'analysts' are slowly out of their closets and talking about Y2K concerns.
