.how can there be a NOW?

Any movement in the universe is either happening now, or is about to happen in the future. Once that movement is in the past there is no longer any quantum uncertainty about where or when it happened.

NOW is a moving target.

It seems like the question is how can there be a PAST? I mean, where would the information be stored except in the ever-changing NOW ? That would seem to imply that the information that makes up the future is stored in the uncertain probabilities of events that have not yet happened.
