I would open an account at DLJ Direct and then have your old broker do a DTC transfer of your RMIL shares into your new DLJ Direct account. Once there you could order your certificates in NAME form from them. The process takes 2 to 3 weeks at DLJ Direct and $15 per certificate ordered!

the nays that account for 95%+++ of all nay posting is done by those WITH NO SHORT POSITION.

your underlying assumption is false. i was burned by a fraud and try and keep up with other companies that have the same kinds of red flags. rmil was one. i find it good news when the sec fnally takes action. i'd like to see life sentences for everyone involved in any kind of serious stock scam - not a four year slap on the wrist for even the most aggregious violations of law and morality.

keep focusing on non issues and you will find out that non issues are all you have - b/c no money may be left in your rmil account.
