Not at all strange. If I were in their shoes, requesting the financials would also be the first things I'd be doing. It'd be a logical part of the discovery process.

You , yourself, are on record for stating that you've never seen a BB stock halted because of late financials.

I stand by that statement. Roughly half of BB companies (more?) are late with financials. Filing timely financials has never been a requirement for listing as a BB, although it appears that will soon change.

Are you maintaining that trading was halted because the financials are late? I was beginning to suspect I'd inferred that incorrectly from your posts, but now it appears that's exactly what you're saying.
