A very dubious presumption that during a 'black-out period', Mr. Fruchter, or a close confidant, would permit confidential information to be posted on a message board; GTF, or otherwise...? GG is already on record, by his own posts, as contradicting himself regarding his sentiments on this proposed merger, while others have remained consistent since September 30 ! (They know who they are).
