LOL!! Really, dumbass? What Carson said in each quote is essentially accurate....only Congress has the power to impeach and remove Judges who overstep....and the Executive, even a poor excuse for an executive like Obozo, has discretion in the manner in which laws are enforced or not enforced....as in Obozo's failure to enforce DOMA or his selective enforcement of the allegedly Affordable Care Act. Whether the law is Judge made, as in overturning a law passed by the Congress or legislatively enacted, the Executive has a lot of discretion when it come to execution. The other dumbass, CJ said that Carson said that the President could remove Judges who overstepped...which is wrong....and which he never said. Now let's see if you are man enough to admit you were wrong and apologize.
