Denmark also hasn't had the same level or recent expansion in regulation that the US has had, and they have lower corporate tax rates and a territorial tax system, and better fiscal management with a lower debt (as a percentage of GDP, obviously much lower in simple dollar terms)

Not to mention the fact that their economy hasn't been leaving the US in the dust.
