With today's revelations, regardless of whether you believe in it or not, the price falls way more that back to pre-offer price and that $25.50 looks pretty good. Eyal does nothing but wait and see. There is no other bidder....yet. RC has to be licking its chops. They are advocating for a no vote they stand to make a killing. Talk about self serving. Everyone screaming at Eli and Eyal and the hedge fund guys are the savior? Eli's incompetence has played right into the hands of the hedge fund shorts.
