If you know that ARX was going to sell shares at above 7.875/sh, then you would conclude that the company think ARX does not worth much either.

Here is what management did:

1) pop up the price by intentionally miscaculating EPS value above analyst's estimates (they did twice during the last two Qs.)

2) Senior management joint online world to "clarifying" company information (Only company I know of)

3) Once the price goes up, they wanted to sell out (please check Freeedgar for share registration by company management)
