EMPE just released news. quote.yahoo.com In my opinion, the VERY Low Float on EMPE combined with the strong financial condition should really move this stock on this great news. EMPE (Empiric Energy) is a small unnoticed company. They have recently put out a shareholder report with some great information. You can call them and have them fax or mail you a copy. 214-265-8392. TOTAL SHARES OUTSTANDING: 5.3 million FLOAT: Just 1.3 million They are now Debt-Free! With today's announcement, we should see a lot more investors interested in EMPE. This is just my opinion. From the shareholder report, it looks like 91 cents Book Value per share. The stock is currently trading at only .95 cents!! I don't think EMPE will remain unnoticed for very much longer. Please do not just take my word for it. Do you own DD and I would suggest that you call the company and get additional information. I am just an individual investor and these are MY opinions, so please do your own research before investing. Cheryl

Nick,I too am concerned about this sharp decline because of the huge volume associated with it.I could find no news to help explain it,but one would think with a percentage drop as large as this is there would have to be some news somewhere.First my oil-drillers get nailed and now this.It has been a bad December for me.
