>> The lawsuit says that five insiders sold 80,000 shares in November. That sounds totally insignificant to me. Options expire and need to be sold, people want cash for a million different reasons. 80,000 is a very small number relative to shares held by insiders. If that is what the lawsuit is based on it should be thrown out immediately. imho >> According to Insider Trader, the President (Lane) & a director >> sold a combined total of 210,000 shares between Nov. 4 & 6 @ an >> avg price of just under 37 3/8 --roughly $7.85MM. Even this larger number may be relatively small when looking at their total options outstanding.
